Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been placed, except in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund requests if they fall outside the stated timeframe or if the issue is due to customer handling.


Shipping & Delivery

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items will ship by the date listed in the product description. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number so we can look into it.


Delivery Issue Reporting Deadlines

Please notify us within the following timeframes from when your package is marked as delivered:

  • Damaged: 7 days

  • Defective: 7 days

  • Wrong Items: 7 days

  • Missing: 7 days

  • Quality Issues: 90 days


International Orders

International orders do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees at checkout. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid upon delivery. The shipping carrier may not release your package until these fees are paid.

Customers are responsible for all international duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival. Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs before ordering.


Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from customs, we may issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card minus original shipping costs and any return fees.
For international orders, refused packages may be refunded less the return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided at checkout is incorrect.
